Los Chingones

Los Chingones is Chef/Owner Troy Guard’s take on “badass” Mexican – sassy, spicy, sometimes irreverent, always an adventure. Opened in November 2013 in LoDo’s Ballpark neighborhood, Los Chingones was conceived from the ground-up as Guard’s own twist on Mexican. A second location opened in the Denver Tech Center in November 2015. Dig in to signature dishes such as the Tres Pig Nachos and the Fried Anaheim Relleno, and don’t miss Guard’s selection of signature tacos including Lamb Neck, Red Chile Pork Shoulder, Octopus and Beef Cheek. For the more adventurous diner, opt for “wild card” proteins such as kangaroo, snake, and camel, while enjoying sips from Los Chingones’ array of brews, tequilas and an ever-changing original cocktail list.
